How do I know if my business qualifies for this Business Package?

LOGIN will need to conduct a site survey to confirm service availability at your location. A clear line of sight between your business and LOGIN’s uplink site is required for this Business Package. Please note, this requirement applies only to this specific package—other Internet service options may be available. We would be happy to discuss and explore alternative solutions with you.

What is 60GHz Wireless + 5G Cellular?

The radios operate on 60GHz with a 5GHz wireless failover. Additionally, 5G cellular connectivity is available from a nearby tower, provided by an entirely separate carrier. There are also two independent circuits, each utilizing different locations, technologies, and service providers.

What is seamless failover?

LOGIN’s routing equipment ensures uninterrupted connectivity by running both connections simultaneously. If the primary internet connection fails, the router automatically and seamlessly switches to the backup connection, so your data traffic and online sessions continue without disruption. This reliability is made possible by the router’s ability to maintain secure tunnels across multiple WAN links.

How much will it cost to have more than 100 Mbps of bandwidth?

Can I keep my existing business phone number(s)?

Yes, as part of this Business Package, LOGIN will transfer your existing business phone and fax numbers to your new managed phone system.

What if I don't have cabling for VoIP phones?

If your business doesn’t currently have Ethernet cabling for VoIP phones, there are several options available:

Use Existing Ethernet Cabling:
We can utilize your current workstation Ethernet cables by connecting them to your new phone, then connecting your workstation directly to the phone. Our Next-Gen phones support pass-through speeds of up to 1Gbps, ensuring no loss in bandwidth.
Connect Over WiFi:
LOGIN’s Next-Gen phones can also connect via WiFi, which may eliminate the need for additional cabling—provided your phones are within range and receive a strong signal.
Professional Cabling Installation:
As a certified low-voltage cabling contractor, LOGIN can install any necessary cabling for you. Please note that cabling installation is not included in the standard package, but we would be happy to provide a quote for this service.

What if I need more phones or want a different phone than what is offered in this package?

The Business Package includes up to three base model Next-Gen phones. If you need additional phones, they can be added for $25 per month each.

LOGIN also offers a full range of Next-Gen phones to suit any business need. If you choose a model other than the included base phones, there may be a one-time fee to cover the price difference between the base model and your selected upgrade.

How do I get more Wi-Fi coverage if my building is larger than 1200 sq. ft?

LOGIN can install additional wireless access points (WAPs) throughout your building. There will be an additional monthly rate per additional WAP. Each WAP will require cabling and if cabling does not preexist we may provide a quote to install the necessary cabling.

How long will the Battery Backup last if there is a power outage in my area?

The length of battery backup time is dependent upon full deployment of services, but we estimate 20 minutes for this Business Package as outlined.

Installation Requirements: Exterior equipment installation requires prior written permission from the property owner.
Commitment & Pricing: The $250 monthly rate is based on a 36-month commitment. A minimum contract value of $250/month applies.
Package Value: Despite selecting fewer phones, a lower internet speed, or opting out of Wi-Fi, the $250 monthly package price will not change.
Additional Phones: Additional phones can be added for $25 per month each.
Phone Upgrades: Included phones can be upgraded at the time of contract signing for a one-time additional investment.
Cabling: Network and phone cabling is not included in this package.
Wi-Fi Coverage: This package includes Wi-Fi coverage for up to 1200 sq ft. Additional coverage options are available but are not included in this package.
Bandwidth Upgrades: Upgraded bandwidth is available for an additional monthly rate.
